Where are you located?

Our warehouse is located in Mobile, Alabama.

When will my order ship?

Accessory orders ship via priority mail within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 2 PM CST typically ship the same day. 

Trapopoly Board Games are scheduled to arrive at our warehouse in 60 days! We promise to keep you updated as much as possible if you have pre-ordered the Trapopoly Board Game. Thank you for your support!

I'd like to make a bulk purchase or partner with your company, how can I reach out?

Do you accept returns?

If you have an unopened board game that you purchased from us within the last 3 months that you wish to return, please reply to your shipping or confirmation email with details about your return. We do not accept or issue refunds for open returns.

My box was damaged.

If your box arrives damaged, please email us at info@Trapopoly.com with photos for an exchange.
